אני וחברה שלי מתכננות להגיע מכפר יונה שזה חור באמצע די שום מקום, אז כן, הסעה זה יהיה טוב, אפילו אם זה מאיזה תחנת רכבת של תל אביב או משו
כי באמת, בלי לזלזל בהחלטות או בעיר, אין לי מושג איפה זה ראשון, ומהרגע ששמענו שיש כנס כבר תיכננו הכל
אז הסעה נורא תעזור. (אגב, אם אני מדברת בשם חברה שני זה נקרא שני אנשים?XD)
(אגבאגב,אשכרה נרשמתי לפורומים בשביל לתמוך בהסעות ואני ממש גרוע בקטע הזה עם הקוד אישור והתב חרטומים שם)

צריך כמה שיותר אנשים- ככה הסיכוי שתהיה הסעה גבוה יותר.

ראיתי שאין הסעות לכנס בסוף ורציתי להגיד שאולי הסעות מחיפה לת"א זה קצת יקר לארגן (לא חייבים אוטובוס של 50 מקומות,אפשר משו קטן יותר ויותר זול,אם קיימת כזו אפשרות),אבל זו לא סיבה להרים ידיים ולוותר על הסעות. תמיד יש את הפתרון לעשות הסעה מאורגנת מתחנת רכבת מרכז בת"א/עזריאלי ישר עד הכנס וחזרה (בכמה שעות מרכזיות..נגיד 4,6 ו8/10).
הסעות כאלו מאוד יעזרו,לא רק לצפוניים(!!),אלא גם לאנשים מת"א ושאר מקומות המרכז הקרובים ~ ואני בטוחה שמספר האנשים יהיו 50+!
אם מספר האנשים יעלה על 50 בהרבה, אולי אפשר לעשות איזה 2 שעות יציאה מהרכבת לכיוון הכנס? זה גם יעיל :lol:
כי בדקתי איך להגיע לכנס (קראתי שיש הודעה שמסבירה,אבל זה לא ממש עוזר לי...יותר מדי מידע מסבך אותי @.@) בתחבורה ציבורית ,לא רק שזה יוצא יקר אז גם צריך ללכת עד להגיע לכנס >< (ממה שקראתי זה קצת מסובך להגיע לשם)

סליחה על החפירה,אני אודה לכם מאוד אם תוכלו לארגן הסעה כזו לכנס :D
נ.ב- אם יש לאנשים עוד רעינות להציע (או לצוות הכנס),אל תתביישו להציע, אול יש רעיון יותר טוב ממה שאני הצעתי(:

ממש חבל לי שאין הסעות. אני לא חושב שאני אגיע אם יהיה מסובך מדי להגיע לכנס.
בקשר למיילים שהיו צריכים לשלוח לכם, אני חושב גם שלא היו מספיק כי זה לא היה מפורסם כל-כך.
המקום היחיד שראיתי את זה בו זה האתר של הכנס. יכלו גם לעשות על זה כתבה בישראטאקו או עוד אתרים אחרים. או במקום מיילים פשוט לפתוח קבוצה בפייסבוק, דברים כאלה יכלו לעזור להשיג עוד אנשים שלא הייתה לנו גישה אליהם.

אם יהיו הסעות לפחות מת"א, אני חושב שאולי אני כן אגיע, וזה יעזור לעוד הרבה אנשים אחרים.

יש פנייה בפורומים של ישראטאקו.
וחוץ מזה, העלות לנוסעי האוטובוס כשהוא קטן הינה בלתי נסבלת.
הדר היחידה בה יהיה ניתן לגבות מחיר שפוי היא אוטובוס בסדר הגודל הזה.

מז"א עלות למספר נוסעים מצומצם בלתי נסבלת? זה יקר או משו כזה?
אני חושבת שאם יוציאו אוטובוס מתחנת רכבת של ת"א יהיו בטוח מעל 50 אנשים.ככה שזה ממלא אוטובוס. אז יהיה ניתן לגבות מחיר שפוי, לא? ;)

שלום לכולם,
רציתי רק להבהיר: -כן- זה יקר מאוד להוציא אוטובוס במיוחד כשלא בטוח שכל מי שביקש אותו יגיע, אלא דווקא יחליט להבריז.
בנוסף, יש אוטובוס שעובר בתחנת מרכז דרך עזריאלי ומגיע -עד- תחנה מרכזית ישנה ראשל"צ ומספרו הוא: 274! תדירות הקו היא משהו כמו 20 דקות והוא מהיר ביותר.
הקו עצמו הוא אוטובוס של אגד, כפול - תמידית.
המחיר שהאוטובוס יגבה מכם יעמוד לכל היותר על 10 שקלים (מחיר מדויק: 9.80 ש"ח) ורוב הסיכויים שהמחיר שתצטרכו לשלם על ההסעה יהיה גבוה יותר לשם כיסוי העלויות (אני חוזרת: כן, זה יקר לשכור אוטובוסים!)
ישנם עוד המון דרכי הגעה שפורסמו באתר הכנס, בפורומים השונים ובעמוד הפייסבוק. כולם מוזמנים להסתכל ולבחור את אופציית ההגעה הנוחה לכם ביותר.

מהתחנה המרכזית יש הליכה של כ- 10 דקות (בלחץ, בהגזמה מטורפת!!) עד להיכל התרבות. מה גם שכל מי שתשאלו בדרך יוכל לכוון אתכם לשם. מקום גדול ומאוד ידוע.
הסגל נתן הבטחה שיועלה סרטון לערוץ היוטיוב של דרך ההליכה לשם, וזה כולל מפות ושילוט ביום הכנס עצמו.

בנוסף, בהמון מקומות פורסמו ענייני ההסעות, לא היה ביקוש מספק ועל כך אנו מתנצלים.
אולם אני אישית לא רואה בזה סיבה להחליט לא להגיע. כולי תקווה שנתראה בכנס =)

גם אני חושבת שאם לארגן הסעה מחיפה לראשון זה בעייתי, אז אולי הסעה מת"א לראשון תהייה יותר מוצלחת? כמו שהייתה הסעה מת"א לכנס ליד אוניברסיטת רמת גן?

אני באמת מקווה שיהיו הסעות מאורגנות לכנס, אחרת זה באמת יוציא את כל החשק וההנאה מלבוא לשם בכלל...

האופציה להסעות גם מתל אביב הייתה פתוחה לקהל הרחב לבקשה...
קיבלנו רק 3 בקשות להסעות מתל אביב אל הכנס
ורק כדיי להכניס קצת פרופציות- השכרת אוטובוס עולה כמעט 2000 שקלים

ההרשמה הייתה פתחה במשך שבוע וחי כמעט ונסגרה ב7.3
גם אם מאוד מאוד מאודדד נצרה לא נצליח לארגן הסעה תוך שבוע...

זה ממש מוזר...כי אני בטוחה שאני והחברות שלי שלחנו,ורובן זה בכלל הכנס הראשון שלהן,והבטחתי להן שיהיה כיף וכאלה ועכשיו זה ממש ממש מבאס,כי זה להתחיל את היום בסיבוך כזה של רכבות וכאלה OTL.

אבל בכל אופן,תוכלו לעשות סירטון (כמו בכנס קיץ) על איך להגיע מהתחנת רכבת לכנס?...אולי לפחות את זה תספיקו לארגן בשבוע <<"
